Blox Classic Vegan Cannelloni
This recipe can be cooked with BLOX or BLOX burger international.
9 BOLOGNESE INGREDIENTS
1. CUT AND SAUTE.
Cut the onion and garlic finely, add them to a frying pan with a little olive oil and sauté until golden brown. Crush the ripe tomatoes and then add to the same pan and cook together for 20 minutes over medium heat.
2. ADD BLOX.
After that time add BLOX to the pan along with the spices and cook for a further 5 minutes.
1. VEGAN BECHAMEL.
Put the oil to heat and add the flour, cook for 5 minutes and add the soy milk and spices, stir continuously, until it has the desired thickness.
Note: PASTA RECOMMENDATION.
Use lasagna pasta sheets or regular cannelloni sheets. Not the ones that don’t require pre-cooking.
1. COOK THE PASTA.
Cook the pasta sheets. It is advisable to bring the water to a boil and add the pasta sheets 1 by 1 so that they don’t stick together. Put the cooked pasta sheets on the bottom of an oil-smeared baking tray. Add a heaped spoonful of the bolognese sauce onto each pasta sheets and cover with the béchamel.
2. ASSEMBLE THE CANNELLONI
Roll the cannelloni with the blox bolognese sauce inside and place in the oven.
3. Gratin in the oven:
Cover with béchamel and brown in the oven.
Complete with fresh basil and you’ll have them ready to eat. Incredibly tasty!
