Blox Classic Vegan Meatballs

This is a super easy plant-based recipe for everyone to try! Blox meatballs are delicious, versatile and only take 5 minutes to make! Our meatballs are an excellent way to make a fast, high protein, high fibre, low fat, vegan snack or meal. They’re good as a finger food and you can pop them into a pitta sandwich or lunchbox. Blox meatballs can also transform a meal. Try combining them with tagliatelli pasta, aromatic rice, roasted potatoes or to top off a simple salad!
You can make Blox meatballs with BLOX or any Blox burger.

BLOX 200g
1 garlic clove, chopped
salt
15g olive oil
20g chopped spring onions (or normal onion)
20g chopped coriander (or dried)
ground pepper to taste

1. MIX & SHAPE
Take your BLOX mince (or chop up a Blox burger) and mix well with the other ingredients. Using the palms of your hands, roll the mixture into balls.
2. COOK
Add the Blox meatballs to a pan with a little olive oil and cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the outside are lightly browned. Serve with a dash of ketchup or a dip; add to pitta or as a sandwich filling, or turn into a tasty meal. (Tip: If the meatballs stand a little while before cooking, their flavour will be stronger).
Note:
